Owner & Director of Curriculum
Meg Sanders, M.Ed.
Mrs. Sanders is a certified educator with over a decade of experience in the classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida, and additional certifications in STEM Education and Instructional Coaching from the University of Florida. Mrs. Sanders is certified in Elementary Education, ESE K-12, ESOL K-12, and Educational Leadership, bringing both expertise and passion to every student she serves.

Prior to her career in education, Mrs. Sanders worked as a corporate trainer for a Fortune 500 company, where she developed her leadership, communication, and organizational skills. She now brings a unique blend of educational insight and business acumen to Sanders Elite, ensuring that the academy operates with excellence, innovation, and a strong commitment to student success.

Co-Owner & Director of Operations
Dan Sanders
Mr. Sanders serves as the Owner and Director of Operations for Sanders Elite Tutoring. He oversees daily logistics, transportation, and facilities management, ensuring that every aspect of the academy runs efficiently and effectively. His leadership and attention to detail allow staff and students to focus fully on learning and growth.

A licensed nurse with a background in pediatric care, Mr. Sanders brings compassion, attentiveness, and a deep understanding of child development to his role. His medical experience enhances the academy’s focus on safety, care, and student well-being.
In addition, Mr. Sanders is a talented musician who infuses creativity and discipline into his work and the academic culture.

Ms. Manning
Mrs. Manning is a certified educator and she currently serves as a teacher for grades K–2 in a self-contained classroom for students with autism, where she provides individualized instruction tailored to each learner’s unique needs. In addition to her work in primary education,
Mrs. Manning has experience teaching students in the intermediate grades. She is highly skilled in building strong rapport with students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and implementing effective strategies that promote academic growth and measurable improvement in student performance.

Mrs. Manning has been recognized for her students’ outstanding performance on Florida’s state standardized essay writing assessments, reflecting her strength in teaching effective writing strategies and literacy skills.

Mrs. Reardon
Mrs. Reardon brings over 25 years of teaching experience across diverse educational settings in Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and has taught students from elementary through middle school. Known for her supportive and engaging teaching style, she creates adaptive learning environments tailored to each student’s unique needs. Her expertise includes classroom management, behavior guidance, and a deep passion for supporting students with special needs. Mrs. Reardon is also certified in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Mrs. Bryant, MSA
Mrs. Bryant is a certified educator with over five years of teaching experience and a strong background in math and finance. She currently teaches high school algebra, specializing in EOC exam preparation and supporting students with diverse learning needs, including ESE learners.
With a Master's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she integrates real-world applications into her lessons to help students build confidence, master key concepts, and achieve academic success.

Mrs. Parker, Ed.S.
Mrs. Parker brings over 18 years of experience as an elementary educator and nine years as a K–5 literacy coach. She holds a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership (K–12) and a Bachelor of Science in Education. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for creating engaging, student-centered classrooms and supporting literacy growth through research-based practices. Her expertise in reading instruction, classroom management, and educational leadership allows her to foster success for students of all abilities, including those with special needs.

Mrs. Fearn, M.Ed.
Mrs. Fearn is a dedicated Language Arts educator with the School District of Palm Beach County. She holds a Master’s Degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and brings a wealth of experience, enthusiasm, and creativity to her teaching. Currently a middle school teacher, Mrs. Fearn is passionate about inspiring students to develop strong reading, writing, and communication skills. Her expertise in language arts enriches every lesson, helping students grow in confidence and achieve academic success.

Ms. Green is a seasoned educator with over a decade of experience in public education, having served students in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida and has also worked in the digital learning realm with Florida Virtual School.
Ms. Green believes deeply in fostering self-belief and confidence in her students.

Mrs. Gil
Mrs. Gil has been teaching for five years in the public and private sectors. She has experience working with students from elementary through high school. Her passion for tutoring stems from seeing students grow and succeed. She loves working one-on-one with students and providing the individualized support they need to truly understand and apply what they’re learning. Mrs. Gil’s goal is to help students not only master challenging concepts but also build confidence in their abilities. Whether tackling difficult subjects or preparing for exams, she strives to make every session engaging, encouraging, and rewarding.

Miss Littman
Miss Littman is originally from New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in Education. She has extensive experience working with students in both primary and intermediate grades and brings great knowledge and expertise in supporting students with disabilities. Lindsey also has a strong background in reading instruction and phonics development, helping students build foundational literacy skills that lead to confident, fluent reading. To Ms. Littman, teaching means making a difference, sparking curiosity, and fostering a supportive environment where every student feels valued, included, and capable of success.
